Is Turfora free?
Your first scan is free and shows the diagnosis with a short summary. The full treatment plan, more scans, check-ins, reminders and history are part of Turfora Premium.
Do I need an account?
No. There’s no sign-up. Everything you save stays on your iPhone.
How accurate is the AI?
Turfora uses Anthropic’s Claude, one of the leading AI models, and shows how confident it is in every diagnosis. It can still be wrong — lawn problems often look alike. If it isn’t sure, retake the photos in daylight. For a serious or fast-spreading problem, ask a local lawn professional or your extension service.
Does it recommend products?
Turfora names treatments by active ingredient (for example, a fungicide ingredient or a grub control ingredient), not by brand. Always read and follow the product label and your local rules.
What if I don’t know my grass type or climate?
Choose “Not sure” — Turfora works it out from your photos.
Does it work outside the US?
Yes. The app is in English and supports square feet or square meters, °F or °C. It covers cool-season and warm-season lawns.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet — Turfora is for iPhone.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Turfora. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal; Premium stays on until the paid period ends. More on the support page.
